Why we got into education:
Our time on earth is finite and we 
must do everything we can to make
the greatest impact as possible. 
Education is one of those 
professions which allows you to 
have an everlasting impact on
future generations. 

Why we got into education:
All people have jobs, some have
careers, and fewer have vocations.  I
feel blessed to have found, in
education, a vocation which has always
seemed like a higher purpose--more
important than money or recognition. 
My educational philosophy has,
consequently, been to expose students
to as many possible intellectual
avenues so their own journey leads to
a job, which is part of a career that
they consider to be a vocation.
